I am passionate about understanding the user’s perspectives and converting that knowledge into brand identities and digital products that delight the users.
I have been working in-house as Brand and Graphic Designer for 4 years at a Commercial Real Estate Agency and at a fintech startup in Berlin.
Before that, I was a Graphic Design Apprentice for a period of 2 years at Henning Larsen Architects.
While having learned a lot in those roles, It was only until I did an intensive UI-design Bootcamp with CareerFoundry, that I learned to combine user research with visual craftmanship, that I could take my design to the next level.
I am living in Copenhagen, and I have been for a total of 6 years. In 2021, however, I moved to Berlin for a period of 2 years to live and work. Originally, I am from Funen, Denmark.
Coming from a background in graphic design where user feedback is somewhat limited, I can truly appreciate the value of learning about the users’ wants, needs, and desires, and make design decisions based on that knowledge.
I love validating design decisions with user feedback and applying typography and branding skills to create memorable digital experiences. I have a soft spot for crafting visual identities and creating new concepts.
In my spare time, I go running. It gives me an outlet to challenge myself and clear my head while being part of a greater community.
